Shipping Policy
We try to ensure that everyone who orders their gifts packages from us get them as soon as possible. We aim to process your order within 2 business working days. However, for bespoke packages with personalized items this would take a little longer to process. If you require fast tracked delivery, please email us and we will do our best to help.
Please note this is an additional cost.
Please note we only deliver within the UK.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns on our gifts, however if you have any problems with your order, please email us at office@giftsbybeulahcreations.com within 7 days of dispatch, including details and an image and we’ll do our best to help.
